With a family background in the building and development industry, I developed a strong foundation and understanding of the complex real estate industry from an early age. I spent over 15 years in corporate America in multiple management roles within the medical device industry. Here, I developed a strong framework in professional sales, exceeding my goals year after year.
During the housing crisis of 2007, I developed a real estate wholesaling and flipping platform. This transition allowed me to intersect my sales experience and success with my passion in real estate. To date, our team has flipped over 150 houses (under several different partner entities) and also established long term rental portfolios, with management and oversight services.
To build upon this foundation, RCP Investments joined the Windermere Group to expand operations to include real estate sales for personal/residential clients, investors and court appointed receivers. I specialize in the complex area of land/lot transactions with experience in both small and large lots with multiple APNs, working with my clients through the city and engineering processes.
