About
During the housing crisis of 2007, I developed a real estate wholesaling and flipping platform. This transition allowed me to intersect my sales experience and success with my passion in real estate. To date, our team has flipped over 150 houses (under several different partner entities) and also established long term rental portfolios, with management and oversight services.
To build upon this foundation, RCP Investments joined the Windermere Group to expand operations to include real estate sales for personal/residential clients, investors and court appointed receivers. I specialize in the complex area of land/lot transactions with experience in both small and large lots with multiple APNs, working with my clients through the city and engineering processes.

Wholesaling & House Flipping
Utilizing a strong team of wholesale sources and real estate brokers in Northern and Southern California, we are actively involved in the acquisition and resale of undervalued assets. We continue to adapt, take a diversified approach, evaluate, execute construction and resale in an efficient and timely manner.
Development
We pivot with the market trends throughout California, looking for land opportunities for small to medium sized real estate developers, with a focus on the single family markets.
Sales
RCP Investments is brokered by Windermere Properties to represent buyers and sellers in the single family home market. We also represent investors with purchase and resale, as well as provide consulting services to investor clients. As investors ourselves, we have a deep understanding of creating profitable margins for investor buyers. We also work with court appointed receivers across the county of San Diego to assist in tenant evictions, price evaluation and asset disposition/sales. Because of our wide range of experience, we can work with you on any of your real estate sales needs.
